He took the time to explain each step of the reconstruction process in detail and kept me in the loop the entire time, which gave me a sense of confidence that everything was being handled properly. His expertise was evident in the quality of the work, and he made sure that nothing was overlooked. It’s clear that Billy truly cares about doing a great job, and that kind of dedication was really comforting to me as a homeowner.

Tidal Wave took my call for help immediately and responded that same day by sending a crew of guys that were capable, … More courteous, and respectful. There was a crew manager that was on point and who ensured that he had a grasp on the situation and my expectations. The job was completed within hours and the crew left my home as neat as before they arrived. In addition, the owner, John, worked with me on the cost (as I was paying out of pocket). Billy was the project manager and did an excellent job with follow-up and management of the teams. I knew I could count on Billy to get the job done and to manage it well so that I didn’t have to. Lupé and Carlos did a wonderful job on the painting and drywall and were an absolute pleasure to be around! I even had them come back to do some more work after their initial project was complete. Leo also was very pleasant to work with as he installed new flooring, etc. on the project. When I had concerns about how the finished product looked, Leo made sure it met my expectations before it was marked as complete. I appreciated this greatly. Billy helped with the coordination of the whole project from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tidal Wave to friends and neighbors. This was my first major home project, and I’m sure I would have freaked out 15 times from the stress of it all, but with this team, that stress was drastically minimized. They scheduled me quickly, worked around my travel schedule, and completed my job ahead of schedule. I had several friends (more experienced home owners) visit during and after all the project work, and they commented on the great team I had doing this. The hard work was definitely noticed! Suzanne in the billing department was also exceptional with her attention to detail, follow-up, and clear communication and documentation.
